[Resolved] Karvy Stock Broking Ltd — Complaint Against RMS Department Regarding Fund MisManagement

To Whomsoever It May Concern Respected Sir/Madam, I am having an Trading Account with Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. with Account No.: 116 2548 in Surat Branch.This is my Registered email Id with Karvy Sroclk Broking Limited. This is second Complaint against This Broking House within a week. I have deposited Cheque in my account worth Rs. 90, 000/-, cheque number :500503 of The Mehsana Co.Op Bank Ltd.on dated[protected]. My fund is deducted on[protected] from my mapped account with company.And It shows Zero (0) balance on today[protected] in my trading account. Due to this, I have to suffer huge loss and facing Limit problem daily. I made an Inquiry about it but no body is giving me proper reply from Surat Branch amd From Hyderabad Head Branch. Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Sir, As we have informed you earlier and during our conversation we cannot give limits for options and illiquid scripts till the time your cheque is cleared and there is cash in your trading account, and as the cheque was submitted on Friday by you and was sent for clearing only on Monday (as Saturday was Independence Day) we could not give you limits to trade in options or illiquid scripts.
