[Resolved]  Karvy Stock Broking — Share certificate not yet received

This is regarding new share certificate of Relaxo Footwear limited to be received from your side. My Father has bought 400 shares of Relaxo Footwear Limited with face value of Rs. 5 each and He has sent 4 share certificates from 34114 to 34117 through courier on 16-12-14 which you have received on 19-12-14 with folio number - RNE0001965. These are at the name of Mrs. Sarita Garg and Nominee name is Mr. Trivendra Kumar Garg. He is supposed to receive one share certificate of 2000 shares with face value of Rs 1.00 which he has not yet received. After so much efforts, I finally got to talk to one of the customer care person and she told me that they have already dispatched one share certificate of 2000 shares somewhere in December' 2013 and gave me some dispatch number RN[protected]IN. This shows me the invalid number and also my father contacted in the post office, they didn't get any such document. I have already sent multiple emails to einward.[protected]@karvy.com which I was asked to do by the customer care executive but didn't get any reply or any update from their side. This is really pathetic, whatever is the case, even if they have already dispatched the document but still they should have replied back and tell me the process of how to claim it again.
