I am also cheated by them. I had also purchased rajai and carpet, they assured many attractive offer but till now I have not receive the any my product.therefore I am requesting that any one please help to atlist my mony back.if any body is interested to help me please

We visited (Nainital, ) in Oct 2015. We had a purchase worth Rs. 15, 400/- +500/ from ‘kashmir Hastkala Art Emporium’, Bill No. 136. We have paid Rs.15400 for it and they are promised that we will get refund of plus five additional gifts on returning the main Kashmir blanket after 2 yrs. They assured us that all my documents related to deal will be delivered to me within 40 days from 15.10.2015 (i.e. date of purchase) at my residential address but till to-date I have not yet received any document from them in spite of my so many phone calls on [protected] /[protected]/[protected]

I think these are all frauds & I am cheated by shopkeeper. Govt. of Kasmir & Uttarakhand should take very strict steps to stop these illegal activities in a tourist place. Consumer court should take very strict action against them.

I have also purchase the same scheme In the year 2013 . Yesterday only i went there and ask for my money they say that it will be going to come after 5 year . now i m waiting till Nov 2017 after that i will again go there . If anyone have brought the same scheme in 2013 and want to check the status please ping me on facebook i can help them .

We also went Nainital In 10 July 2016 And I had also purchased rajai and carpet Farm Name was ( JAMMU & KASHMIR HANDLOOM HANDICRAFT EMPORIUM, BHIMTAL ) and lot's of offer worth Rs. 22700/-, they assured many attractive offer like Jammu & Kashmir Tour for 4 Person and Half of my money return after 21 Months, but till now I have not received and Voucher, only Rajai, Bad sheet And Carpet i received after so much effort by My Husband and me, And rest of amount we paid then by CASH ON DELIVERY . we had word with them before 4 to 5 month ago, but now we are not able to contact with them i seem they changed Contact number also.

they cheated us, and i don't have any information about our Money and our tour voucher and any other facilitates. They are belong from completely fraud Gang, and still running there business in entire Uttarakhand. going to put complain against with them in consumer Forum...

we had word there the person name was Rocky ( [protected], [protected] ) but now i m not able to contact with him due to switch of number and exchange the number with other one.

We have paid Rs.13600 for it and they are promised that we will get refund of plus five additional gifts on returning the main Kashmir blanket after 2 yrs. Even I've been cheated, they asked to transfer money for products and I did as they've shown bill of my last purchase so I trusted to govt but they're cheaters, still no products and no body picking up phone and replying to messages.
