I ordered casio edifice watch from kanusa.com.i have received empty parcel which i have informed to kaunsa cal centre.even i have taken mail from DTDC stating that i have received 0.60 grams parcel and forwarded to kaunsa.com but they are least bothered to respond as they have taken money. its been a month stil they are not responding. I have placed order on kaunsa.com on 16th March 2015, with order no.[protected] and paid rs.9999/- through Axis Bank credit card. i have day to day contact kaunsa.com, for delivery of product. they everyday commit me, they will deliver my mobile next day. but, they did send my mobile. on 29th March 2015, they delivered my mobile, but, mobile not as per said specification also with few scratch marks and its totally a FAKE product....
