KAUNSA.COM. MY ORDER NO.[protected] I have purchased a product in KAUNSA.COM after confirming the customer helpline[protected] they confirmed the order was made on 18th February 2015 Still now i have not received the Refund, i called customer desk no proper response from Kaunsa.com. i would really urge consumer forum to do something about these people, today is 20th and still no refund! Please let me know any further action that can be taken against them legally
