This is to inform you that I have place an order to kaunsa.com for Galaxy S6 True Clone (Order no. [protected]) on 16.10.2015, Payment through my SBI Credit card is already done but up till date (05.11.2015) I have not received the said item. According to commitment expected delivery date was 31.10.2015 but company is failed in his commitment so lastly I have purchased the goods from market. In this concern you are requested to cancel the order and refund my payment amount 11999/- to my account [protected] (SBI).
