[Resolved]  Kaunsa.com — Mobile phone do not match specification listed on website

Kaunsa.com delivered me a cell phone whose specifications do not match with the one listed on their website. They claimed to provide iPhone 5s true clone with the original phone's specifications as per their website but the phone delivered did not match even a single thing. Neither, Hardware nor software. Moreover, its charger is not working. When contacted as per their Return and Refund policy, Kaunsa.com tried to escape by saying that it's an imported product and specifications may differ from original. Whereas, there was no such disclaimer on their product page. Had that been mentioned, I would not have ordered this cheap product on first place. I paid Rs.10999/- for a mobile phone which is not even worth Rs.3K. It is sad to note that a service provider only comes to help when an issue is escalated. You never bothered about my complaint until I had raised the matter in Consumer forum!!!

Issue details :

I order iPhone 5s True Clone from kaunsa.com after reading all the specifications. As a customer I have paid you for what was listed on your web page. I knew what I was ordering and I trusted Kaunsa.com for the specs of the phone you are selling. In addition to this, your 100% satisfaction and 30 days return policy gave me a confidence to try you out. But to my surprise, the phone I received neither matched my expectations nor the specifications listed on your page.

I have multiple issues with the phone I received.
1. It does not look like a true clone of iPhone 5s. Neither it has iPhone printed on its back nor it has apple logo.
2. No Apple logo on start of the phone.
3. App stores goes to Play store which gives me an indication that it is not running on ios platform.
4. Charger is not working. It seems it is a damaged piece.
5. Worst Camera I had ever seen in any phone in this price range.
6. Weak Processor.
7. No 1GB RAM.
8. Built quality is very cheap. Doesn't look like a phone even worth Rs. 3K.

I am owning the other clone of iPhone 5s too and no body can identify the difference between a real iPhone and clone iPhone, I have. That is called a true clone not the one you or your sellers are selling.

I had not spent 11K on a phone which looks duplicate on first look itself.

I want to return the phone and want to go for the refund. Let me know the process and address where I can send your phone.

Regarding my galaxy S5 phone

Order ID [protected] was order 23th oct 2014, we received defect piece, pl change my mobile with new one and also i don"t want same brand pl change brand with micromax/samsung.or refund the amount i paid, pl help asap or
