Kaunsa.com — product dispatched not working/return of product | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Casio edifice watch from the online shopping site www.kaunsa.com. order no [protected] on 28-apr-2014. The order was delivered to me but the watch was not in working condition as soon as opened the product. After a lots of follow ups for at least for a month the kaunsa.com customer service team provided me the the return address for returning the product. I returned the product via DTDC courier with PN no.P27857806 to the return address.The company is denying the returned product delivery to the return address even the product shows delivered in the DTDC tracking service.The screenshot of the same is attached for the reference. I am experiencing the worst service by Kaunsa.com in online shopping for the first time.I shop from many shopping sites but never had such a experience.I have unnecessarly spent lots of time behind this matter.I also spent the courier charges of Rs. 150/- and also my cost of the product is with the company and i havent received the proper product.Fed up of such company and the service.
