[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — Wrong supply of Smart phone. | |||
I have purchased Galaxy note III (6inch, 2GB ram and internal memory of 32 GB) Order no. [protected]. Payment - I have made the payment through Credit card, and payment confirmation received from Kaunsa. On the same day.i.e on 10/5/2014 at 15.35 hrs. Along with the order confirmation the expected delivery date they have mentioned was 25/5/2014. I was in position to receive the delivery before expected date i.e. on 24/5/2014. When I open the parcel and observe following discrepancy ----- 1) Smart phone box was unsealed. 2)2GB ram not available. 3) Only 125 MB memory available. 4) Instead of Single sim(as per offer specification) double sim slought observed. With observing all the problem, I have contacted Kanusa people through [protected], as per their advise I have raised complaint tickets, following are the ticket details --- 1) Kaun/T199950/PWAJOQ8GU6 - DEMANDING RETURNS AND REFUNDS -26/5/2014. 2)Kaun/T199950/YOQF95OQMJ - DEMANDING RETURNS AND REFUND- 30/5/2014 3)Kaun/T199950/ZSI7SMTZA - demanding the same as mention above - 31/5/2014. 4)Kaun/T199950/3WV9VMLHSC[protected]--do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 5)Kaun/T199950/3MNIFBLOQ[protected]-----do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 6)Kaun/T199950/7BCJKS8KUX[protected]-----do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 7)Kaun/T199950/MTYS9F4QLQ[protected]---do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 8)Kaun/T199950/INNLIJXTDM[protected]--------do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 9)Kaun/T199950/KB2OQZSAVD[protected]---do[protected][protected]/6/2014. Kaunsa support team has given reply and asked me to return the product to specific address given by them. According to that I have return the product through Blue Dart Courier on 18/6/2014. AWB no is [protected]. while cross checking with the help of Tracking system it reaches to Mahaipalpur Hub on 19/6/2014. It was lying their up to 2/7/2014 for the cause of Regulatory Paper requirement. ( I have demanded the Form 38 to Kaunsa team through the mail to support team, but no reply experience. On 2/7/2014 Shipper has cleared the requirement and ask Mahipalpur Hub to return the courier to origin. I hav e collected New AWB no -[protected]. The same has return as per the tracking system and its Journey ends on 4/7/2014, system Indicates the delivery had been made. BUT ACTUALLY I DIDN NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING ON 4/7/2014, SYSTEM INDIUCATING FALLS RESULT. ALONG WITH THE COURIER AFGENCY kaunsa team trying to fool me, and so many others. HENCE I AM REQUESTING KAUNSA TO RETURN MY MONEY Rs. 9999+ Rs. 2601 a courier charges, immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

This matter is pending from 26th May 2014, though i continuously following you and Kaunsa team no result received till 14th July 2014.
Even though any Government Institution move/work faster than you. You and your team do not have any rights to play with Customer emotions, and his money. I have spend Rs. 9999/- and in additional to that made a courier expense of Rs 2601/-. While spending the time span and using the Customer money (w/o Interest) pl take action with your seller who deceive the customer on behalf of you.

While spending the time span and using the Customer money (w/o Interest) pl take action with your seller who deceive the customer on behalf of you.

how long I should wait to resolve this matter. As Kaunsa people not responding, from Blue Dart tracking system it clearly indicate that with the relation of courier people they want to cheat the Customer, requesting Complaint Forum to pay attention and compel Kaunsa people to resolve this matter on Priority.
You must solve the matter on priority.
I must get this matter resolve within a 24 hours time span.
As per your comment I have forwarded the mail to [protected]@em.kaunsa.com, before 10days, but as a principle you are caring the Customer in every field, i.e. poor response, false telephone number, putting condition to customer related to his refund of money etc.

Today is 5th Sepetember 2014, still My complaint has not been resolved. Neither I received my money back or any other solution from Kaunsa Support Team.I am suprised, as there were no action from Consumer Forum or online complaint forum.ashoka.com.
Today when I opened online forum I observed that so many similar complaint lodged against Kaunsa. I have lodged the complaint on July 8th, 2014.
If Online forum really like to work honestly.
Today I have also tried to contact Kanusa people with the number[protected]. As per telephone people (BSNL) this number is not in existance.. Cream example of fraud.
Still now a days Kanusa online shopping release various mail mention the Cheapest smart phone offer through mails of various people.
Cheating is in full swing. Would Delhi Governemnt should look into the matter, as Kanusa online shopping is operated from Delhi.
