Hi Team,
I bought a new Refrigrator on 25/07/2015 from Filpcart, Order Number - OD[protected] and since then it is not working properly. I called up Customer Service and they said that there is no Gas in the new Refrigrator, they send someone to fll up the Gas. Then the Serviceman said that there is some issue with the wiring, then again they send another agent. He then said that there is some issue with the Compressor as it was not working. Then they changed the Compressor and still it is not working. I am unable to understand that how come they can selll a new product with so many faults. I want to get refund for the Refrigrator or will file a formal complaint against the company with such a defaulty product.
