I lodge a complain on 18th June 2016, service executive attended on the same day but as i had miss-placed the bill he said he cant service without bill hence i sent him scanned copy of bill on 20th and reopened the service call but till date there is absolutely none of them came to my place to replace the motor which was absolutely under warranty...
i received msg on 24th June 16 saying part pending...on 26th i called Area Incharge (contact no was mentioned in msg) as no one came to service...Area Incharge committed to replace motor the same on or before 2nd ei today but still no response. Every person in the service team answered irresponsibly & gave vague reasons.
I dont prefer any Kenstar air cooler hence forth.

I had kenstar convection microwave. One day it stopped workimg without any reason. I called customer service and they repaired. And the next day again same prob arose. I again called them n they took away microwave and repaired again saying one part needs to be chamged and they charged 1050rs. Again they repaired and the sane problem arose again. Theu said their service has warranty of 3 months. But my warranty period will be finished like this only. It has been two months since i gave them to repair and yet it hasn't been repaired.

I called customer service team n they also gave nonsense excuses and gave their area manager number but he is also not receiving my calls. They always give me excuses that it will be done n i will send reminder to our service person and all. But still it's pending. What type of service is this? I[censored] people give such service then y do u charge for warranty n give us warranty. And also ur parts are very expensive. If i want to replace that then they say it will cost 2500. Wtf? I purchased my microwave 4 years ago for around 6000 and now they give me its part for[protected]!!!

And also i am not sure that if i change that part by spending so much it will work fine or not? Now what shall i do???
