[Resolved]  Kenstar — Kenstar cooler service complaint

Dear team, I have purchased a Kenstar cooler on 27th April 2014 Model slim line super and its warranty is 1 yr. Sir actually what I have seen in this cooler that the air flow is very less and due to that my office cabin is not cooling. I have complained regarding this matter to Patna the complained no PAT[protected] and also I have contact whit the dealer of Bhagalpur Shubham Enterprises Tel no.[protected], Mob-[protected], [protected] but they had not taking any response regarding this matter. So therefore I request you kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. For this I shall be highly obliged to you .
