Dear Sir, I complaint for my Kenstar Food Processor which is under waranty period(Chutney Jar Rubber sealing of Cap and Bush) almost 3 weeks ago.A technician name Satish came to my house & told he will get new Rubber seal of the cap in 3 to 4 days.But till today 30th Octo there is no follow up call or nothing.
