Kenstar — Very worst service i faced in my life. | |||||
Hi All, i purchased Kenstar air cooler which was not worked from 10th day only. i called to customer care and asked for service, they just take the complaint and not respond till now. i only called many times to the customer-care and cooler repairer, but they simply escaping with out service. i need to case a file in consumer court and i will publish this worst service in all media like whatsapp, facebook, twitter ...etc. i will not buy any Kenstar goods in my life even its free. can some one help me to put a case against the Kenstar how to proceed further.
