[Resolved] Kent — Kent ro grand plus | |||
We have purchased Kent purifier (Kent RO grand plus ) this year January from Vivek’ Electronic store, OMR, Chennai. But very sorry to say that we are not at all satisfied with the performance of Kent device as well as the services provided. Just after 6 months o[censored]se, it stopped working. We called the customer service and they asked to change both the filters. Not sure how both the filters can be damaged so quickly within first few months of purchase. Though, we had 1 year warranty we were told that we have to pay for the filters and only service charge will be waived for the first year. We agreed to it and fixed the filters. Just after another 2 months, it again stopped working. We called customer care and they told technician will come after 24-48 hours. But that time standard was not followed and we had to do multiple calls to get the technician that cause lot o[censored]nnecessary problems for us. We have also asked several times the technicians to bring the external filter/candle, but they never brought. Always we heard that it’s not in stock. Anyway, after few days after change of initial technician, another person came and they told its problem with membrane and membrane was replaced. After that it worked exactly for 1 day and then there was complete shut down of the purifier. After that as usual we called the customer care, but no one appeared for 3 days and that why I am writing this complain today. As I write this, the device is still Dead with no technician attending to it. After telling multiple times that we don’t have enough drinking water, Kent does not seem to care about it. We are completely dissatisfied with Kent and would never recommend anyone to use as we don’t want others to face similar problem. Since it is still under 1year warranty, we are expecting a complete refund or complete replacement of the device. Hope somebody looks into it with high priority as we are talking about Drinking water here and hope it gets the due attention. Thanks! Aniruddha Ghosh Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 17, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The technician came today and fixed it. He got the external filter too. As of now it's working. Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
