Kent — New Kent Grand Plus not working properly from the day one

Dear Representative, I have bought a Kent Grand Plus mineral RO system on August 31, 2013 from Karam Enterprises, Jammu (contact no.[protected], [protected]). The Dealer have supplied defective machine which showed frequent leakage of water and partial submersion of filters even from the day one. Kindly replace the RO system.
