Hi,
I have purchased Kent Perl Ro through online. Its installed on 10_Jan_15. But, Service people visited around 6 times for different issue with in 6 months period. Again Today its not working. Automatically going power off and when its going to be ON only God knows about that.
I want to know one thing this is because of Online purchase? Because, always service people will say internal parts are not at all good.
Isuues:
1. Water is not coming from the Filter - service people came and did some cleaning and said next time won't happen.
2. After 1 month Water not coming from Filter again. -- Service people said water is not good and they cleaned the filter and said next time won't get problem.
3. After 15 days Filter is not getting ON. -- Service people came and said Cable is not good inside, now we are replacing the cable.
4. After 1 month Again water is not coming from Filter--- Service people came again and you have to add one more filter and they did some thing water came from filter.
5.After 15 days Water is not coming from filter and directly water is going from bottom of the filter -- service people came and said connectors are not good, we are replacing now. Next time won't happen.
6.After 15 days AGain Water is not coming from FIlter -- Service people came and inserted the new filter(cost is around 900/-) and they said now you won't get any problem.
7. Now new problem is, When filter is getting ON and OFF no one knows. -- Calling servicing people no calls are connected to them .
"What i can do now tell me".
I have decided one thing, I will file a case on consumer court about this. If this part is not going to replace.
Please rectify your side how to resolve this issue and come back to me. Customers are not fools to pay their money this type of stupid products.
