[Resolved]  Kent RO — After sale servicing of kent RO under warranty period

it is to intimate that the kent RO has been purchased for CISF organisation from M/s S P Distributors Ranchi vide bill no. RL/BAJ/63 dated 20.11.2013, which is not working properly. After contacting many times to the distributors the satisfactory service was not given by the same & the RO is still not repaired by the distributor as we are cantacting the firm within the warrenty period. This shows very bad attitude of the distributor towards the customer. Hence it is requested that please give instructions to the distributor to give proper after sale service & repair the RO as early as possible otherwise further action will be taken by this organisation.
