Kent RO — Asking for Rs. 1000 on installation for extra filter | |||
I have come across similar instances in washing machine or AC or water softener installation. the technician or service person suggest to put extra filter or some equipment and charge money for that. When called for installation support from Kent, yet again i was asked to buy an extra filter costing Rs. 1000. Why should Kent allow such things? I don't understand how can Kent miss an important filter or supply something that is necessary for a purifier seperately on extra charge. Let me know if this make sense to you.
