Hi,

It's an extent of ignorance I ever found with Kent . I was very delighted kent customer but a technician visited few days back to fix the TDs issue that he corrected but due to his negligence and he had not correctly mount ro in back hook. Yesterday whole RO fall in pot sync and damage several pots. Fortunately no one was around kitchen so we are safe.

I just wondering to understand who will responsible...

I am so disappointed by Kent RO. I find it ludicrous to pay 5000 INR for service charge. This is unacceptable. Like what is the reason for this? How is this beneficial for the consumer? Like your filters are so expensive. Wouldn’t I buy a new RO every year? Maybe that is your strategy to have people buy new ones every year? So sad. Please take action against this exorbitant charge. Not beneficial for the middle class sector...

Hi,
I recently purchased Kent RO water purifier . Sales person Sarpraz mob number +[protected] had made many promised that payment will be converted into EMI option and also told will exchange amount for old water purifier.
But after the day payment had completed, he not responding to phone and avoiding all the call.
Pls. request to look into this unprofessional behaviour of Sales person and help to get better servicebr...

Within one year and 3 months, the kent RO purifier motor and filter got faulty and service person requested to change everything of about Rs.6000. We have spend 17000 for the machine and we didnt except this much of low quality product from the brand. Kindly take necessary action asap...

This complain is for kent ro service centre in lucknow khurram nagar area.

They provide pathetic service and work according to their benefits.

They will damage your product and then repair it for more cost.

you have to keep them calling rigourous ly....

Since purchased date, third time pressure switch problem is occurred in subject machine.
Every time service person comes & open the machine, removes the pressure switch lugs &
clean it & insert it again & machine is made functional after...

WIthin 1 and half yeras of purchase the motor is not workingh. In fact in such short period we have been replacing spareparts every 4 months, and more than 10 time repiars have been called for. Should have preferred another and better brand....

Call many times to your service provided and customer care no. but till today no one came and get resolve.
I have already get the AMC and paid earlier.

This boy call me and charges money but kent gave free service according to terms and policy...

When the Kent executive Anuj ([protected]) visited us from the Ghaziabad office he first inspected the RO system. Then he gave exorbitant estimate of 5K to repair the appliance. When enquired he said don't take the bill from me and the whole appliance will be fixed in 3k. He told us that the office manager support him so this is achievable.

Kent should take strict action against such people who are tarnishing its image for...

I am not satisfied with the service and maintenance team of Kent RO, Janak puri service centre. I was facing issue with my kent ro product that the outlet water stops automatically while the power supply is on. Engineer Mr. MUKESH visited and parts of Rs. 4750/- were installed assuring machine will work perfectly. After some days same issue arises. Again with lots and lots of calls and talk with area manager Mr. Sham sunder new technician...

I had purchased Kent RO 10 months back. And we are already facing a lot of issues in 10 months.

Right now, the sedimentary filter is not working. The product is still under warranty but I am still asked to pay around 1000 Rs. When i contacted the customer care, they are not ready to listen and only talking about...

Poor servicing from Kent RO service centre at Irinjalakuda. Not responding on time. Now machine down for days. Still not came.
