After constantly complaining no one helped..my product is still.lying without support of kent...

Even after emailing pics of warranty card & invoice, they never updated the info. Moreover charged 4k for 3 filters replacement within 1 year without checking anything but just the alarm indication. I want my money refunded. Degraded services.no call from area manager yet. Unfortunately we need to take ro filters from such brands who don't care. Sick !...

I have purchased RO Two year before.
This RO get stucked around 12 times.

13000 was the cost
Other then this cost in last one year I spent 10000 extra on repair.

Sometime candles sometimes internal machine.
Never received any feedback calls, technician are fraud.
Very disappointed...

I requested the service regarding my water filter.
And I received sms as the technician will visit the next day.
But another two technicians called me as not addressing their names. Even they asked me my address though I already registered my address in KENT app.
How could I trust them?

Maine 26/05/18 ko Kent grand plus mineral RO liya tha jiski samay samay par service bhi karwayi 02/10/2020 ko RO membrane, inline corbon, inline seedium and scadunent ( in parts ki spelling bill me se dekhkar likhi he kuchh galat bhi ho sakti he please use sahi padhen) jiska payment 4000 tha kiya phir uske bad 31/01/21 ko pump 2400+ s.v. 300 =2700 ka payment kiya, jiske baad machine me se kuchh awaz aane lagi jiski complaint...

Service and repairs expense for last 10 months is 11, 000 INR. This is supposed to be way below the industry standards and amounts to around 60% of the cost of machine.
The machine is just 1.5 years old.

Only option remaining is to throw the machine in garbage, unless Kent seriously wants to take this matter up and ensure that others dont suffer like me....

10 days back we changed 2 filters and 1 membrane worth rs 3000 but after that we are getting stomachache whenever we drink water and also motions.
This is not good service at all.
Our health are not good now.
This issue needs to be addressed asap....

I am tired of my new Kent RO purifier...

Water is not coming, even for 5 hrs only a small glass of water is coming....

I gave a call to customer care number [protected] at Bangalore on 31 Aug 21 requesting to get the Kent RO machine repaired. They sent two people one called SAHINSHA( Banking name) and other MD AFNAN KHAN.

They visited my home and repaired the machine. ₹ 5000.00 was the charge asked by them. I immidiatly in presence of SAHINSHA sent 5000.00 through Phone Pay. But due to some problem it was showing pending....

I registered a complaint with KENT on 28th august and the service person came and chacked the machine and then told me that filters are not working properly and needed to be change and changed them at the rate of INR3750 and gone but after 2hrs it showed HIGH MINERALS and when i contacted him he said that this problem will go and today on 6th september i rescheduled the complaint with same problem and this time the ROFLOW was low and the...

Dear sir/ madam,
This is to inform that even after repeated confirmation by the RO service person that he ll come and check the RO, he never turned up. I keep calling from other number because they block me . When I m talking they will say I m sending in one hour and nobody turns up . We are begging for water everyday from our neighbours . Worst services I have come across or probably all of this is happening because it's under warranty...

I am suffering for customer service from long time. All the Representative are very lazy. Even my RO is in warranty as bought before 3.5 month they are asking for the money to activate my warranty. I have valid online FlipKart bill as well. Please guys never go with Kent even they give you free product. Rating 0/10

We hv taken amc from Kent ro company but they failed to provide preodic chk to equipment. Pump got corroded and leaked. We paid service charge after two visit still ro leakage not stop.

When I have bought Kent RO machine, few years back, then we have got the technician number to install the machine and for further assistance or service.
One time he came few days back to clean the filter as water flow was very slow. After few says only, same issue is happening again and he is not coming after doing several calls.

I had shifted from JP Nagar to uttaranhalli I had called them for uninstallation 1 week in advance they never bothers to come and for installation also they did not come
I had also requested them to come for servicing of rofilter but they did not come
I request anbody to think before purchasing Kent RO filter cause their after sale service is very poor...
