Water problem...

I have Kent RO water purifier at home.
Whenever I call technician for service my experience is that they change whole filter set. I have done one such change on 30th of March22 and exactly after 3 and a half month, my filter is not working. Upon calling technician, as usual he started replacing right from external filter, solenoid, RO filter and so on. When I enquired about the warranty of previous filter he said it was only for 3...

I recently bought kent prime plus Ro in gandhinagar from CSD. I gave request of it's installation and the company was quick enough to send an executive for the same.when he came he suggested me to fix additional filter for the better functioning of the machine.
I was not very much interested to instal one extra machine with my new one and I told them that if I require I will fix it afterwards.To my surprise, after hearing my decision...

I asked for RO purifier service by using website of StepOndoor they provided some person number and details after sometime he call me and asked about the problm then he didn't visit to home before that he said it will come around 4500, after that I solve the problm by myself, then he called me and ask to by pp spun for filter so I did online payment 400 after that he did not addtend my call and I informed to that customer service even they...

Today evening I made a complaint to the telephone no. [protected] to make a complaint about the Kent Pearl machine we have. Immediately i got a call from a no. [protected] and asked me about the complaint. He told me the circuit is damaged and i need to pay Rs. 2650 to repair it. He told me that i have to pay 50% in the same number where they have google pay. I paid from my PAYtm 1, 325/- and the name appeared is Balaram Mukherjee. I called...

Purchased Kent atta bread maker. The jar blade got stuck and wont move. gave to service center but they damaged the jar and didnt make it work. asked for jar but the guy named verma here in raipur is very rude and unprofessional. he neither picks phone nor contacts back. very bad experience with this product.if you cant provide the spares then what is the point...

We've been using the Kent RO Grand+ product since 2013 and have been conducting periodic service with the help of their authorized service centers in Kochi, Kerala. So far we have invested the cost of buying another Water Purifier of similar specifications.

I'm writing one of my recent experiences and observations made so far about Kent RO. In January 2021, We replaced the Choke/Controller of the product by paying ₹935/-...

I purchased the RO in March 2021. This is to inform that despite warranty period of four years I have been charged 5k for all filter change at one time. +[protected] Neha and Ritesh pandey [protected] service assistant. I had also taken AMC from Mr Rajesh Sansare and had paid him 5000 just a few months back. Rajesh Sansare +[protected]. This is absolute fraud. I need a clear invoice whether this was genuine and if mr sansare had taken...

Very poor quality, requires spares replaces very often and spare are not availabel in market. they are arrangigfn spares through thier agencies and charge INR 300 for delivery charges. recent we ordered UF membrane costign INR 650 whcih they charges additonal 300 for delivery. when we refused to pay, they removed filter installed and cancell our service requested in isolation...complete avoid kent...poor servie....

This is in reference to the service done on 26.02.2022, where I have replaced filter kit of Kent RO (2 pcs filter+ A/c/ U/F + Choke + wiring) cost Rs. 3170.
Yesterday, suddenly water leakage started from the Machine. And when O complaint Kent RO call center, they told me that Filter will get replaced under warranty. Now when the engineer came to my place, he directly told me that the parts are spurious and is out of warranty.

Not been a year since i bought this product inspite of changing two filters Stops functioning...

I am a Kent RO consumer. I have bought the RO in October 2020. The model is KENT Supreme Extra[protected].

Every 3 /4 month we are changing the outer sediment filter, every six months the inline carbon and sediment filter, and after 15 months we had to change the RO membrane.

I think they are making bad spare parts so it will work for less time period and we need to change those frequently....

Kent ro take a more time of full fill of tank. Priviously take a 37 minutes. And now take a more Thane double time....

Hi i have purchased kent prime plus ro and installed the same in 18.06.2022, eventually i was seeing the warranty card and installed the kent service app and while scanning qr code for product verification it shows"this is not a genuine kent product", i have entered the serial number but its asking 15nos but in waraanty card its onky 12nos only..i was very shocked in the genuinity of the product..kindly clarrify the same, enclosed the images...

My customer no DSN0218856. My RO was serviced in month of April, all filtres were changed .In the month of may when water taste went bad I checked, there was alge in RO Tank . I fail to understand how algee came to tank when the water is getting filtered by 3 filres . Any way I cleaned it . Now again the water taste went bad, when i checked I found ants in the tank .

Seriously it is bed experience with Kent RO in Gwalior region. I have a doubt related to product use by a company because if product warranty was 1 year. Means they work olny for 1 year. Annual maintenance related to parts in RO is 5000 to 6000₹ which is not affordable by anyone.last year i was change the Kent RO product. Now today one of technician mr.
