[Resolved]  Kent RO — Bad performance and no free replacement of membrane for frequently breaking Kent Pearl MRO

We have Kent Pearl MRO, KR[protected] installed at Sector 10 RK Puram, New Delhi, covered in AMC. The machine breaks down frequently and Kent people charge about Rs 2000 for memberane with no guarantee. When you cannot provide water purification, then why do you sell the machine? Harassing the customers. Please check. You ask for money without any guarantee for performance. You should be taken to consumer court
