My name is Anant Pujari, registered mobile no [protected]. I had put a service request for servicing under AMC on 03 Jul 15, Friday. No one turned up on Saturday. Attempts to contact the service representative assigned did not fructify. On Sunday a service rep named Mr Manish came, he told me that the filters need to be changed, for which I paid Rs 800/-. He didn't reduce the PPM count below 107 due to which i wrote unsatisfied. One hour after he left, the Ket RO machine started leaking badly from many places. I just switched off the machine immediately. after noonI lodged a complaint on 06 Jul Monday morning, reminder on 07 Jul Tuesday morning, Tuesday after noon and finally spoke to customer care supervisor on Wednesday (08 Jul) evening. Till now no service rep has visited my house. Extremely disgusted with the response. There h is no water in my house for 4 days plus. Please do something. Was this information helpful? |
