Compalint date 21.10.2016, from jabalpur (mp) region distributor name sapna marketing. Complaint no. [protected]. i have called several time but no reply was received also no technician visited till date. My complain is about leaking of water inside the kent system which was since its last servicing done. i have also done email regarding same but no reply came It was really dissapointing. Nov 4, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Technician visited and fix the problem. Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 23, 2016 Srerjit's response The technician call and say we don't have parts so we cannot do the service. My water purifier is still in warranty period.
