[Resolved]  Kent RO — Complaint regarding kent ro pride model complaint no [protected]

Compalint date 21.10.2016, from jabalpur (mp) region distributor name sapna marketing.
Complaint no. [protected]. i have called several time but no reply was received also no technician visited till date.
My complain is about leaking of water inside the kent system which was since its last servicing done. i have also done email regarding same but no reply came
It was really dissapointing.
So i want to plz look after it as early as possible.

Srerjit's response The technician call and say we don't have parts so we cannot do the service. My water purifier is still in warranty period.

The ro is in warranty period. 7 complaints made for change of part still no resolution given from Kent service. When new service request is made the technician close the complaint without any change in the damaged parts.
