I, usha singh, phone no: [protected], lodged a complain on 11th july 2015. On 13th a technician came and said that all the filters need to be replaced, will come tomorrow and replace it. Till then no one came..my three year son is suffering from typhoid as he drank that water which is not getting purified. It is to be noted that i never delayed any of the contract renewal . My complain no. is 17429. Please take a strict action against them as they claim service in 24 hrs.
