I bought a Kent Pearl RO on 27th Oct 2015, this is the day when i had taken a big headache by buying kent Product.
When i called there customer care for RO installation, they provided an employee for the same. On the same day when the engineer came, he advised me to install a pre filter which will increase the life of RO. I was totally agree and asked him to do the same.
When i reached home, i was surprised to see a duplicate Pre filter was installed with RO machine. There was no emblem, logo or tag of Kent on the product (Pre-Filter). When i referred the bill, it was totally fake and a normal bill which can be used for any thing such as hardware shop, medicine shop etc. with no name/ Brand/ Company on the slip. Now i decided to confirm the price of the product with Kent Customer Care, again i found there was difference in price which was taken and the price which customer care quoted.
However when i gone through internet, this filter was easily available in market @ 200 rs which was charged for 950 rs for an ordinary and a duplicate Pre filter.
At-last there was no option other than filing a complaint, so i called there customer care @ [protected] to file a complaint. I got the expexted reply from them, that they can't file any complaint some gave me a different number[protected] and someone asked me to file complaint on [protected]@kent.co.in But no-one helped me in resolving the problem.
So there was only 4 problems by them :
1. Duplicate Product,
2. Fake Bill,
3. Extra & Over-charged for the product,
4. Pathetic customer care who not even files the complaint.
