Kent RO — Fraud & cheat - vee bee corporation | |||||
We have taken AMC with Vee Bee Corporation (Authorised Service Kent Partner) on 22 September 2015 for Rs. 3000. Subsequently, we discovered change in taste of water in November 2015 so we called Vee Bee and had been regularly following-up for the service. But received no response from them. The service person finally arrived on 16 January 2016. He asked us to change several parts including UF membrane, 2 Sediment Filters, Carbon filter, activated carbon and Side filter and billed us for Rs. 3350 and we paid him. We were told that after affixing the parts, the water would be clean. So we asked him to check the purity of the water by the TDS meter. It showed 650. Which is very high and not recommended drinking water at all. That was when the service man told us the actual truth that the pump was not working (Pump is included in the AMC contract and therefore he repeatedly lied on the instruction of his boss). His boss Mr. Shah told the service man not to call him. Even when we called Mr Shah was not ready to come on the phone. As the pump cost is part of AMC, he did not replace it and instead replaced other parts of the machine. Vee Bee is a FRAUD. In spite of installing Kent RO, we have been drinking contaminated water. Please take severe action against Vee Bee. Till today i.e. 25 Jan 2016 Vee Bee has not got back with their service and we have been drinking mineral water in the house for past 10 days. We need genuine authorised franchises (regulated for quality and ethical behaviour) of Kent or service men of Kent itself who provide quality and genuine service to its clients and not harass them.
