[Resolved] Kent RO — Free Service is not being provided | |||
I had purchased Kent RO (dual storage model) in August'14 and was told that 2 free services will be provided to me. Since its been 6 months, I thought of logging a call for the service. I registered a ticket on 27-Feb-2015 and have been following up since then. First the Manager stopped responding to my calls and then when I escalated, the Area manager assured me that it would be done immediately. Now the area manager is irresponsible enough that he stopped taking my calls or responding to any of my request. Had it been any money involved, these guys would have come running towards my house. Very bad after sales service and am planning to sell this product on OLX and buy any competitor product which of course provides good after sales service. Currently I am based out of Gurgaon.
