i bought a Kent Grand RO system in May 2014 and for the last 4 months i have been complaining regularly about the high output TDS with minimal fluctuation in Input TDS level which changes the taste of water and deprives it of the essential minerals. technicians have visited but not been able to identify the problem. they even took the system for checking but the problem still remains. in May 2015 the warranty will expire and i need an immediate solution to this, else a replacement of the system.
