Kent RO — Highly Poor after Slae service for the Purifier which has everlasting Issues

We are highly fed up with the post sale service of Kent.
The immediate issue is it is almost over two and a half week ticket has been raised with Axis Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata for a New RO and additional filter
as suggested by technician...so many days have passed..no service received.
Moreover the Proactive service seems to be NIL. In AMC the service people are supposed to visit for free service every Quarter which we never received in the past 2 years.
The purifier itself does not seem to be very efficient. Every now and then there are issues with the system. I would NEVER recommend Kent to anyvbody!
The AMC service people who come seem to be cheats asking for more price for any replacement! wrost!!
