Prior to servicing in the month of Feb-15, The TDS in the water was 26, but after servicing and replacing the UV Circuit Board, Two cartridges costing us approx.Rs.2500/-, the TDS is 75+ and taste of water changed.
I think that the service engineer has unnecessarily changed the spares. The cartridges changed also does not belong to the Kent Pearl.
It seems that service engineers are cheating the customers.
I going to put this incident in the twitter so that other customers will know the facts and be cautioned while calling for service engineers.
