Kent RO — Inefficient service and irresponsible behaviour

I have Kent RO (Cust. ID Dldt 40109) but am very dissatisfied with Kent customer service. Latest example is complaint no.[protected] made on Oct. 29 that system is not working remains unfixed to date despite repeated complaints.As a result, we are exposed to health hazards due to unsafe drinking water. And, I have had to buy mineral water for the last 3 days. Please get the problem rectified immediately and ensure action against people who are spoiling Kent's reputation. Thanks.
