[Resolved] Kent RO — Irresponsible behaviour of personnel responsible for de-installation and installation of Mini water softener | |||
I had Mini water Softner installed at "C-5/237, Sector 31, Noida, 201301". I made a relocation request to a new address "F-51, Sector 51, Noida 201301". The personnel responsible for de-installation visited and packed the softner in a box, and later when another personnel came by at new location to re-install it, he started saying that some components are missing and it would charger 1000 rs. extra. That packet was still in completely packed state when re-opened. The person responsible for de-installation I think misplaced the parts or the person who came by for re-installation at new location knowingly misplaced the parts for extra charges. I had to pay 300 at each location for installation charges which makes 600rs and this is the kind of treatment i get. Kent people misplace the parts to get extra money. And i am still suffering. On making complaint request, they just bluntly say, its your mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
