From last 3 days we r calling on your customer care centre number ... but no one is attending the calls or if they attend it, they use to ignore our complain or switch their phone to someone else !This is really disgusting, your service is really poor.

finally my water purifier got installed at 7 pm thanks to consumer complain team and kent online care team

I purchased kent ro grand plus from amazon and it got delivered in my address on 4.1.2019, but till now the product didnt get installed and to my surprise they are again and again rejecting my installation request. And when i call them they told me that your purifier will be installed soon, now it is more than 48 hours but no one comes. and neither did they tell me the reason for rejection. Pathetic after sale service, will never recommend it to anyone.
If not installed today i will take up this matter with higher authorities.
