We purchased Kent grand min ro purifier last year, Sr No. KR[protected]. From the installation date no free service attended by Kent authorized dealer as we informed by the company executive that there is 4 services are free. Now there created a problem in membrane and purifying water not supplied. If free service attended regularly it might be problem sort out before.
