I am Kent customer (Kent Grand) from last 1.5 yrs, but I am not satisfied with quality of the product, just after 1 yr my RO filter got issues and had to replace it, i got it replace with a new filter costing me 2500 + service charges from the Kent Service just to find it got issues again after 100 days (3 months +15 days)... called to customer care that it is just 15 days after warranty but they don't bother about customer and they just said we have to bear charges again. First of all "IS YOUR FILTER LAST ONLY 3 MONTHS"...
