Kent RO — Kent Grand plus - Unit leaking within 4 day of Purcahse | |||
We purchased a Kent RO Grand + on Monday, March 23, 2015 from AIM Tech Services. On Friday, March 27 2015, the unit started leaking. We contacted AIM Tech Services and they sent in an engineer on Saturday, March 28 2015. The service engineer temporarily fixed it and once he left, the unit started leaking again. I paid 16, 500 for this model and am very unhappy with the quality of this product. I want a my cash back or a full product replacement. I feel cheated as a customer for such a bad product Was this information helpful? | |||
