We have registered complaint of 23 jan 2016 on your toll free number . In reply we got information that your problem would be resolved with 24 hours. We waited for 24 hours no engineer came from your side we again called on 25 jan 2016 . In reply we got that with in 12 hours your problem would be resolved. Today on 26 jan 2016 no engineer came from your side . Still our ro is not working we are purchasing water from market please resolve our problem as soon as possible
