Technicians of global innovatives failed to identify the cause of the complaint
As such chennai sales head mr. Suresh and service mager mr. Balasubramaniam requested md mr. Kuldeep pandita of riya impex pvt ltd authourised service provider of kent to address the problem.
Firstly two samples of water, one from the tap and the other from the ro. Iodine was added to both and kept for 48 hours both turned black. He said that if the sample from ro turns black, problem is with the equipment not capable of giving pure water. He placed compressed carbon at the outlet of purifier removing the storage tank. Smell reduced considerablybut the taste was differant. Watched for ten days. Waste water started smelling bad. This proved conclusively that kent wonder is not suitable and cannot produce pure water.
After detailed discussions, sediment filter was kept outside and pot carbon filter was put inside after sensitising. Water is not smelling and the taste slightly improved agian water samples have kept. The output is being watched for a week.. Led bulbs have gone u/s for the fourth time. A report is being sent to service manager with his recommendation
He was categorical that the product has to be replaced with a better one having pre, post carbon, ro+ u f= sediments outside
Though messages come as having forwarded to kent team, there is not even single response. No customer can accept such indifferant attitude of the company. Mr mahesh gupta cmd should intervene to replace the purifier
