[Resolved] Kent RO — No servece at all. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a KENT Gold purifier 7 Days ago. Now there was problem in water purifier installation, so we called to customer support office NCR[protected], they gave me another number ([protected] Mr. Ravi Kumar).I called him again and again and also sent message on whatsapp but Mr. Ravi Kumar never responded and attained any call. Many times his mobil reported switched off. We are facing the problem till 3 days, and then tried to install by myself with the help o[censored]ser manual. Somehow I installed but I am in confusion that the filter is not properly installed and filteration is not good. I was in waiting of service person but they Never picked phone and not provided any service. What should people do? I think the company KENT is a reputed company and they should not do this type cheating with innocent people who are their valuable customers. I would like to request that the company should be warned for this and should be suggested to improve their servicing quality. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
