Kent RO — non attendance by kent service provider

I bought KENT PRIME TC on 13/12/2014 with invoice no.1262 from NC SALES & SERVICES. from sales man S.KHAN. The service provider did not provide 4 monthly service nor attended as promised. Finally it stopped working from 22/5/2015. I booked at 5 pm on 23/5 for a service man to attend and rectify the same. The lady at the counter gave me a Booking no as 1374 with a promise that by all means it will attended within 24 hours.
