Kent RO — non attendance of complaint

WE have AMC. On submitting complaint, it is not attended many days and instrument goes out off order, than it is told that certain iteams are not in AMC. This is just manipulation to extract more money, thus we are not planning to buy Kent next time. Even your service boys, says it hardly matter to the company.
