[Resolved] Kent RO — Parts replaced on chargeable basis but issue still not resolved

With reference to mail sent '[protected]@kent.co.in', one technician came from alex home
Appliance last to last week and suggested to change one valve to get the issue
rectified.But after replacing the valve, overflow issue still persist. PFA
the bill for changing the required valve in water purifier system When I talked to Mr. Ali from Alex home appliances yesterday over phone, he is refused to do any help and moreover saying I need to replace some more parts on chargeable basis without analyzing the issue by sending technician.
This is really troublesome for me on purchasing water purifier
system from a renowned company like you. Request you to look into this issue
and give me a proper resolution to this.
