Kent RO — Pathetic Service response from KENt | |||
I have taken the AMC from ‘Good Mineral RO’ Bangalore for my Kent water purifier. I have logged a complaint to Kent customer care earlier and good mineral ro people repaired that time and I was told them they are authorized Kent Service people then insisted to take AMC from them. This was around 2 – 3 months ago, since these people engaged by Kent customer care, I have taken the AMC. Last Saturday (i.e 6th June) I have logged a service complaint (SR No: 7891) with them and they didn't turn up. More than a week I had been following up with them, the only way I can reach them is through their landline and they always tell they will send the engineer. Then I contact 'Kent Online Care' (on 14th June) and I got a call from Kent 2 days later and advised me that they are sending a request to Bangalore team with ‘High Priority’ to resolve it as soon as possible. I was told someone from Bangalore team will contact me, but nobody contacted me yet. I've send another follow up email but still no one is bothered to look on the customer issues. Now I'm stuck and dont know what to do. Both the service center and Kent compnany is not providing any help!!! I'm just posting this just for a warning to whoever going to buy a Kent water purifier to understand the pain/frustration that you will have to go through after you but Kent products.
