Kent RO — Poor service and no support | |||
I had bought Kent Grand water filter. Got an AMC done from an authorised service provider. Problems with him : - it takes him 7 days to respond to one call - even after taking an AMC of Rs. 4, 550/- he has charged another 1200/- for parts - he changed one RO membrane in December and within 3 months machine was having problems. He said that membrane needs to be changed again for which I need to pay another 2600/- - for each service his person comes, he asks us to pay for some part or the other which is not included in AMC Fed up with his service, I am now discontinuing KENT and switching to Aquaguard Was this information helpful? | |||
