The technician has installed kent supreme on 3rd of july and it started leakage on 4th onwards. I called the technician who installed and he asked to call service center.
I submitted a complain and Mr. Lalit was assigned as technician.the mobile number provided by kent of Mr. Lalit is invalid and no one visited. The service is so poor and service center staff are rude. You dont have drinking water but they dont care. This is a new purifier and we are dependent on mineral water bottle purchase.
