Kent RO — poor service , water unfir for drinking

hi, i had renewed my AMC foone year service contract for one year from 26/4/2015 to 25/04/2016. The vendor Expert Services in Kolkata have already taken the cheque from me for the renewal of contract howeevr till date following services as per the contract has not been provided: 1. carbon filter chnage 2. sediment filter change 3.pre-filter chnage 4.FRT along with the membrane and now the water is not getting filtered, infact the water is simply unfit for consumption. we are currently buying water for consumption inspite of having a makent RO at home. please resolve my issue at the earliest. regards menka singh [protected]
