[Resolved] Kent RO — Raised request but service guys didn't turn up. Been a week! | |||||
Hi, I had raised a request last week regarding kent RO service and re-installation, they said within 24 or 48 hrs it will be done, but it's been 6 days, nobody turned up. Customer service guys called me and said they will come in half an hour/1 hour, but they never turned up and made me wait for long hours. it happened thrice. What the hell is wrong with these people. You guys are simply wasting time. Request number[protected]. This is definitely not done, I don't have drinking water in my house since more than a week.
