DEAR SIR/MAM I PURCHASED RO KENT SUPER STAR WATER PURIFIER ON 09/11/2014 FROM MEERUT. BUT AFTER PURCHASING THE MACHINE WITH IN ONE MONTH THERE WAS PROBLEM LIKE MACHINE WAS NOT SHOWING ANY INDICATION ALSO MACHINE WAS NOT GIVING THE WATER. FATER THAT WE CALLED YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AT MEERUT. THEY CAME AND DID THE SERVICE BUT AFTER THAT MACHINE IS DOING SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH IN FEW DAYS. WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL AS IT IS. SIR PLEASE REPLACE THIS MACHINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE WE CAN'T BEAR PROBLEM DAILY DAILY. NO ONE CAN BEAR THE PROBLEM IN NEW MACHINE. I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THIS FAULTY MACHINE AT ONCE. BECAUSE YOUR COMAPNY IS REKNOWN AND WE ALSO PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT DUE TO THIS REASON ONLY. AFTER USING THE PRODUCT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED EVEN 1% BY YOUR PRODUCT. PLEASE DO FAVOUR.
